| Housing Choice Voucher Program |

The Housing Choice Voucher program is designed to allow very low income families, the elderly and the disabled to afford decent, safe and sanitary housing in the private market. The Housing Authority covers Mingo, Logan, Wayne, McDowell, and Wyoming Counties.
Assistance payments are based on 30% of a families monthly adjusted income and varies depending on family size and unit size.
