Housing Authority of Mingo County

Since 1977, the Housing Authority of Mingo County has provided housing assistance for low-income individuals, families, the elderly, and persons with disabilities. The Housing Authority of Mingo County administers 1,500 HCV Units to serve the counties of Mingo, McDowell, Logan, Wayne, & Wyoming.

The Housing Authority of Mingo County is governed by a five-member Board of Directors that has a vision of providing decent, safe, sanitary housing to all families, which will improve the quality of life and promote the economy.

The staff of the Housing Authority is dedicated to the housing needs of all families served. Regardless of the need, our staff has been willing to help our families and communities.
