Direct Loan Program (USDA-RD/FAHE 502)

The USDA-RD/FAHE 502 Direct Loan Program is designed to assist income/credit-eligible families in Mingo, Logan, and Wayne Counties in becoming homeowners.

To be eligible for our USDA-RD/FAHE 502 Direct Loan Program, you must meet the following requirements:

1. Families must be under the Income Guidelines shown below.
2. You must have been employed for at least 12 months grossing $16,000 annually or a disabled family with a stable income; and have a credit score of 640.
