Tenancy Termination

If there is a termination of tenancy, the landlord and tenant will be notified in writing if the contract is terminated.

Please note the following when there is a termination of tenancy:

• The tenant may ask for an informal review of their file.
• The landlord may only evict the tenant thru court action and must provide the HAMC with a copy of all eviction proceedings.
